We specialize in shipping dietary supplement products to Mexico and provide stable, trackable cross-border delivery services for all customers.
We currently provide shipping services to all regions of Mexico. All parcels are delivered via official cross-border logistics channels with complete tracking records. We do not ship to other international regions for the time being.
All orders will be processed and shipped within1–3 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or Mexican local holidays will be processed on the next working day. Processing time includes product inspection, packaging, outbound declaration, and logistics arrangement.
Standard shipping delivery time to Mexico: 7–15 business days.Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, local logistics distribution, remote areas, or unexpected public events. Shipping time is an estimated value and cannot be 100% guaranteed.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on product weight, package volume, and destination region. Relevant freight charges will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment. No hidden fees will be charged after order completion.
All parcels comply with Mexican customs clearance rules for cross-border e-commerce. Customers are responsible for any local import duties, customs processing fees, or additional taxes charged by Mexican customs according to local policy standards. We will complete formal declaration and standard customs clearance procedures for each parcel to ensure smooth entry into Mexico. Any customs detention, inspection, or tax caused by local official policies shall be borne by the buyer.
After the order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. You can check the latest logistics status online in real time throughout the whole delivery process. Please keep your email accessible to avoid missing logistics updates.
Our products are adult dietary supplements and comply with Mexican import commodity standards. We strictly prohibit modifying the shipping address after shipment, refusing customs clearance, or abandoning the parcel without reason. Any losses caused by the buyer’s personal operation errors shall be borne by the customer.
If the parcel fails to be delivered due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, recipient rejection, long-term unclaimed status, or local logistics reasons, the parcel will be returned or destroyed by the logistics provider. We will not provide free reshipment or full refund for man-made delivery failures.
If the parcel is confirmed lost or severely damaged during transportation, customers can apply for verification via official email. We will provide compensation solutions according to logistics official verification results. Partial extrusion or minor package appearance deformation during transportation does not support compensation or refund, which does not affect product use.
Please keep your phone and email unblocked during delivery. After the parcel arrives locally, please complete customs clearance and pickup in time to avoid overtime detention or abandonment resulting in order loss.
Coast Trading reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy according to logistics adjustments and Mexican official policy changes. The latest version will be displayed on the website footer and take effect automatically.
