• Downloadable software or digital products
• Personal care items (e.g., earphones, hygiene-related products) due to health and safety reasons
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Products that have been used, installed, or altered

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to return an item:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at support@dolphin-tec.com​ with the following information:

• Your order number
• The item(s)​ you wish to return
• The reason​ for return
• Photos​ (if the item is defective or damaged)

Step 2: Receive Instructions

We will respond within 24–48 hours​ with:

• A return authorization (if approved)
• The return shipping address
• Any additional instructions

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging​ with all accessories and documentation.
• Include your order number​ inside the package.
• Ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Full Refund

A full refund (product price + applicable taxes) will be issued for:

• Defective or damaged items
• Incorrect items shipped by us

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued if:

• The item is returned in less-than-perfect condition (e.g., missing accessories, damaged packaging)
• The return is initiated after the 30-day window (at our discretion)

No Refund

No refund will be issued if:

• The item is returned after 45 days​ from delivery
• The item shows signs of use or wear

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method​ used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or model, please:

1. Initiate a return for the original item (see steps above).
2. Place a new order for the desired item.

This ensures the fastest processing time for you.

🚫 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour​ of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@dolphin-tec.com​ with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line.

💰 Price Adjustments

We do not offer retroactive price adjustments or refunds for price drops after purchase. We encourage you to take advantage of our current promotions when placing your order.

🌐 International Returns

For international returns:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs​ and any customs fees​ incurred.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
• Refunds for international returns will be processed within 10–14 business days​ after we receive the item.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
